StartIQ ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data StartIQ collects, how it is used, and your rights.
StartIQ performs all video analysis entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
All pose estimation, angle calculation, and coaching feedback generation happens locally on your iPhone or iPad. No video frames or analysis data ever leave your device. Your data stays yours.
When you save an analysis, it is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Saved analyses are never uploaded to any server. If you delete the app, all saved data is permanently removed.
StartIQ offers optional in-app subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not process or have access to your payment information. Subscription management and billing are handled by Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles payment data.
StartIQ does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use cookies, device fingerprinting, or any form of user tracking.
StartIQ does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or cloud platforms. The only external interaction is with the Apple App Store for subscription management.
StartIQ does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since all processing is on-device and no data is collected, the app is safe for users of all ages.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
